John is a God-fearing, family-oriented man who has built his career on faith, honesty, and doing what’s right, even when no one is watching.
Alongside him, is the love and support of his wife, Jennifer, who plays an important role behind the scenes. Jennifer adds value wherever she is needed, offering support, organization, and encouragement, and remains deeply committed to serving and standing beside her husband as they grow the business together.
Through prayer for guidance and expansion, John and Jennifer felt led to take the next step in growth. That season of faith led them to the partnership that formed MFB Roofing, a decision aligned with both their values and their vision for serving others.

With a passion for roofing that dates back to 2013, Russell has honed his skills while working for some of the industry's most esteemed companies. In 2017, fueled by a commitment to excellence and a desire to redefine roofing standards, he took the leap and founded his own company.
Russell's expertise extends beyond the rooftops – he has served as a consultant, lending his knowledge to other roofing companies and assisting in the establishment of new construction ventures. Building quality teams and fostering success within the industry are at the core of his mission. On the home front, Russell is a proud father of three sons: Carson, Preston, and Deacon. Beyond the roofing world, he is actively involved in the community. As a member of All Pro Dads at Billie Stevenson Elementary and a dedicated participant at ClearPath Church in Dallas, TX, Russell's commitment to community and family is unwavering.
Additionally, he serves the men of re:generation at Lakepoint Church in Rockwall and channels his coaching prowess into guiding his sons' soccer team.
